We build AI automation into your business processes. Not a stalled pilot, but software that runs.
AI Automation

The gap between trying and using
Pilots that stall. Tools nobody uses. Ideas that sit on the shelf because nobody knows where to start. That's the gap we close: from opportunity to working software.

What is AI Automation?
AI automation is software that takes over work that used to require a person: reading documents, extracting information, answering questions, moving data from one system to another. Classic automation follows fixed rules and breaks the moment something deviates. AI can handle variation: an invoice that looks slightly different, a question phrased in a slightly different way.
In practice, it's not a product you buy off the shelf. It's a combination of parts we build and connect for you: language models linked to your own data, agents that pick up tasks, and integrations with the systems you already use. The result isn't another tool on the side, but software that runs inside your existing process.
Where AI makes the difference
Processing invoices, checking contracts, summarizing reports. Work that comes back every week and costs time every week. AI reads, sorts and processes documents. Your team reviews and decides.
Internal knowledge questions, customer questions, support tickets that repeat themselves. An AI assistant built on your own data answers from your documentation, not from the open internet. Your team keeps its time for the questions that actually need attention.
Emails, PDFs, forms, photos. Valuable data that's currently retyped by hand. AI extracts what you need and delivers it straight into your systems.
Approvals, handovers, status updates that currently run on email and memory. We automate the links in the chain, so work keeps flowing without anyone having to push.
AI features in your product or internal tools: from smart search to copilots for your users. We build the integration, from LLM connections to MCP servers.
Spotting deviations in images or data, faster and more consistently than the human eye. Think of recognizing production defects, validating incoming documents, or flagging unusual patterns before they become a problem.

Where AI is not the answer
If something only happens a few times a month, automation won't pay for itself. If a decision genuinely requires human judgment, a human belongs there. And sometimes a simple if-this-then-that rule is just the better solution. When that's the case, we'll tell you. You get advice that's right, not a project that has to happen.
Not sure yet where the opportunity is?
That's the most normal starting position there is. That's what the AI Readiness Scan is for: in two weeks we map out where automation delivers the most in your processes, what it asks of your systems and data, and what's not worth starting. After that, you know where you stand. Whether you then build it with us is up to you.

Why Baseflow
That means solid code instead of a demo script, attention to security and the EU AI Act, and solutions that still run two years from now. Your data stays yours, even when it's sensitive. Craftsmanship is the foundation, AI the accelerator.

Questions?
A few things people often want to know.
That depends on the process and the integration. We don't sell fixed packages: we scope honestly based on what you actually need. A first pilot is deliberately small, so you know quickly whether it works before investing more.
No, it doesn't. We can build with European models, open models you run yourself, or isolated cloud environments. What fits depends on how sensitive your data is. We decide that together at the start.
A first working pilot is usually up and running within a few weeks. Full integration into your systems depends on how your systems fit together, but we always work in steps that each deliver value on their own.
Then we'll say so. That's why we start small: a pilot on your real data quickly shows whether AI is the answer here. Sometimes the conclusion is that a simpler solution fits better. That's a result too.
Yes, that's exactly the point. We don't build a separate tool on the side. We integrate with what you already have: your ERP, CRM, document systems or your own software.
