What is it?
We aim to create an open community where people can learn from each other, exchange ideas, and hopefully leave a little more inspired than they arrived.
We learn a lot from others too, which is why we also attend meetups whenever we can. We have split the meetups we organize into 3 categories
Our meetup groups
All under the Baseflow umbrella, but tailored towards your craft.
Flutter Twente
We started Flutter Twente back in 2018. It’s a meetup group for Flutter developers and enthusiasts in the Netherlands. Together with Flutter Holland, we’re part of the wider Flutter Netherlands community (you might have seen us on Slack or social media).
Curious about Google’s Flutter platform and building cross-platform apps? Then this group is for you.
Rust Meetups
Alongside Flutter, we also host Rust meetups from time to time. These evenings are all about exploring the Rust programming language; sharing experiences, practical use cases, and lessons learned along the way.
Whether you’re just getting started or already working with Rust, it’s a great way to connect with others who are just as curious (or opinionated) about it.
AI Meetups
AI moves fast. Probably faster than any other field right now. Our AI meetups are where developers, product owners and curious minds come together to talk about what's actually working: building with LLMs, agentic workflows, and where craftsmanship meets the new tools.
Whether you're already deep into AI or just trying to make sense of it all, you'll find people here who are figuring it out alongside you.
What to expect?
Whether you’re a student, a junior, a senior, a lead, or somewhere in between.
A typical meetup includes a few talks, followed by time to hang out. We usually have food (often a walking dinner), drinks, and plenty of space for good conversations. We keep things informal, accessible and interesting. No stiff presentations, just people sharing what they know.
